The Playfield Shield by PINBALL UNIVERSE is a protector with these special features:

There is a need for both tools and experience as well as experience in pinball machines. There are some disassembly and readjustments required because the Playfield Shield goes very close to all edges and parts. As a result, the protection is maximized and at the same time the protector is not recognizable at first sight.

Hints:
For the installation of the protector the disassembly of many elements of the playing field is necessary. These include, for example, ramps, plastics, flipper fingers and gates. We recommend a thorough cleaning of the playing field, as well as testing and, if necessary, replacement of all rubbers. Also a cleaning of the play balls is useful, possibly the replacement of the original balls against new high gloss balls. Please remove the two-sided protective films before installation. Wearing gloves to avoid fingerprints is useful.

Important:
Please check all contacts, switches, targets and bumper in the so-called contact test of the service menu for perfect function after fitting the field protector and adjust if necessary.
