Shipping Information: Parcel delivery and self-collection (pickup)

Self-collection (pickup only of paid online orders)

Orders in the onlineshop with shipping option "Pickup" can be picked up during the shop opening hours of our german pinball store Mon. - Fri. 9:30 am - 5:00 pm one working day after our confirmation of the payment receipt. No shipping costs will be charged. Please note that a purchase is not possible at the moment in the shop with immediate transport for logistical reasons.

Parcel delivery with DHL and DPD

All products from our online shop are transported securely and delivered to you with DHL or DPD (pinball glass and packages over 1.20 m). The shipping costs consisted of logistics, packaging, delivery country and shipping charges, including VAT.

Deliveries within Germany

The shipping costs in Germany amount to 7.95 Euro per order.

Delivery periods in Germany
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that no delivery will occur on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.

Deliveries within European Union (EU)

Package deliveries within EU (except Germany, see above) are calculated by weight:

  • up to 1 kg: 13,50 Euro
  • up to 5 kg: 18,00 Euro
  • up to 10 kg: 24,00 Euro
  • up to 20 kg: 35,00 Euro
  • up to 30 kg: 46,00 Euro
  • more than 30 kg: 70,00 Euro

Please put the items in the desired quantity into the basket. Then you can calculate the shipping costs for your order directly online.

No direct deliveries outside of the European Union (EU)

Tip/Note for Switzerland:

You can, for example, use the fee required portal MeinEinkauf.ch, which is subject to a charge for you as a buyer, in order to order from us in the store as a Swiss customer at the conditions of a German customer. However, the costs for the services of the portal MeinEinkauf.ch will then be added. Please direct all questions to MeinEinkauf.ch regarding registration, processing, usage, payment and fees. We will treat your order as if you were a customer from Germany, because shipping and invoicing will be done to a German address of MeinEinkauf. Only invoices prepaid by you will be shipped by us. Please note any other requirements from MeinEinkauf.ch, if applicable.

The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty.
