Orders in the onlineshop with shipping option "Pickup" can be picked up during the shop opening hours of our german pinball store Mon. - Fri. 9:30 am - 5:00 pm one working day after our confirmation of the payment receipt. No shipping costs will be charged. Please note that a purchase is not possible at the moment in the shop with immediate transport for logistical reasons.

Parcel delivery with DHL
All products from our online shop are transported securely and delivered to you with DHL. The shipping costs consisted of logistics, packaging, delivery country and shipping charges, including VAT.
Deliveries within Germany
The shipping costs in Germany are calculated by weight:
- up to 1 kg: 5,50 Euro
- up to 5 kg: 6,90 Euro
- up to 10 kg: 9,70 Euro
- up to 20 kg: 11,00 Euro
- up to 30 kg: 13,50 Euro
- up to 60 kg: 27,00 Euro
- up to 90 kg: 40,50 Euro
Delivery on a pallet by a forwarding company with telephone notification is possible for 150 euros (possibly cheaper after manual calculation by the pu-parts-team).
Please place the items in the desired quantity in the shopping basket. You can then calculate the shipping costs for your order directly online.
Delivery periods in Germany
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that no delivery will occur on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.
Deliveries within European Union (EU)
Package deliveries within EU (except Germany, see above) are calculated by weight:

- up to 5 kg: 21,50 Euro
- up to 10 kg: 27,50 Euro

Pallet delivery via a freight forwarder with telephone notification is available for 350 euros (may be less expensive after manual review by pu-parts).

Delivery Times to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and United Kingdom
Delivery to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and UK takes place within 3–9 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time among those you have ordered.
Note regarding shipments to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and United Kingdom :
Any customs duties, import sales tax, and other import charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient or importer.
No direct deliveries outside of the European Union (EU)
Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct shipping outside of the European Union.
Possibly there are portals for your country, such as forward2me.com , shipgerman.com or mygermany.com. You can use these service portals to place an order in our store. Please note the specifications and additional fees of the respective provider especially concerning the addresses for invoice, delivery and email. We cannot influence these regulations and cost.
