Orders in the onlineshop with shipping option "Pickup" can be picked up during the shop opening hours of our german pinball store Mon. - Fri. 9:30 am - 5:00 pm one working day after our confirmation of the payment receipt. All products from our online shop are transported securely and delivered to you with DHL. The shipping costs consisted of logistics, packaging, delivery country and shipping charges, including VAT.
The shipping costs in Germany are calculated by weight:
Delivery on a pallet by a forwarding company with telephone notification is possible for 150 euros (possibly cheaper after manual calculation by the pu-parts-team).
Please place the items in the desired quantity in the shopping basket. You can then calculate the shipping costs for your order directly online.
Delivery periods in Germany
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that no delivery will occur on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.
