IMD PU Upgrade Kit

The loop opto adjustment improves loop recognition. As a result, extremely fast balls (which are still in the air after the ramp or run up the ball guide) are recognized almost without error. In addition, the ball deflector on the right underneath the ramp ensures that there are no balls left.

Installation Instructions
Please remove protective film on both sides before mounting. Then please take a look at the photos of this article. One loop opto-adjuster each is mounted on the side of the receiver (the component with the three-pin connector) of the light barrier. To do so, loosen the two ¼" hex screws of the two light barriers below the playing field, remove them and place the angle under the PH1 (Phillips Head Size 1) of the photocell receiver (left side).

Fix all screws again and fold down the playing field, but do not push it back in again. To mount the Ball Deflector in the upper right below the ramp, raise the back of the field with the help of a second person. Now the phillips screw PH2 is no longer covered by the ramp. So you can loosen them to secure the ball deflector to it.
